Multi-Layered Flexitanks
This flexitank has four layers. The inner layers are made of
Polyethylene (PE), while the outer layer is made of Polypropylene (PP).
The outer Polypropylene (PP) layer makes it more secure than a
single-layered flexitank.

Options include:
| A built-in moisture or gas (according to specification) barrier as a 5th
layer between the PE and the PP. |
| An EVOH barrier film
 | can reach a barrier of < 2.0 cc per square metre per 24 hours |

| A metallised barrier film
| Oxygen permeation: < 1 cc per square metre per 24 hours |
| Water permeation: < 0.5 cc per square metre per 24 hours |
|
| Upgrade from a ball valve to a butterfly valve. Advantage: less
oxygen is trapped behind valve. |
| Bottom-discharge valve |
| Heater mat (hot water or low pressure steam) |
| Remote operated breather hose |
